TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.To purchase,drop us your mail at lovelybb10@hotmail.com.
2.Payment can be deposited directly into our MayBank/Public Bank account (account no will be given upon order confirmation).
3.Once a payment is received, it will be passed to our warehouse for packing. Please allow up to 2 business days (Business days are Mon-Fri Excluding Sat/Sun/PH). Most common orders will usually be ready the same business day or the next. For certain consignment/ stockist inventory products, this may add a day or 2 for item transit. Special Order items may take up to 3 weeks or more. We will advice the customer if an item is a special order or needs to be indented. Once the order is ready, the customer will be contacted for delivery arrangement or shipped/posted. You can contact us prior to ordering to determine the approximate delivery time for an item.
4.All sales are no exchange, refund and cancellations allowed.
5.First come first served basis, priority will be given for those who can make immediate payment.

8.Shipping charges are wholly responsible by respective buyers.

All delivery by Poslaju in Malaysia. The delivery time is 1-3 working days depend on destination.The shipping cost is calculated by total weight of parcel and areas.
For Penisular Malaysia, 1st 500gm=RM5.67, next every 250gm=RM1.26. For Sarawak,1st 500gm=RM8.19, next every 250gm=RM1.89 & forSabah/ Labuan,1st 500gm= RM8.82,next every 250gm= RM2.52 .
For purchase with total weight more than 2kg, you may continue using Poslaju or you can choose to send by normal parcel by Pos Malaysia as such you can save on shipping cost. All shipping cost are as charged by Pos Malaysia. No extra charges from us.
For Singapore buyer, we are offering local pick up or by courier service.Service charges applied.
We ship internationally. We use international Air Parcel provided by POS Malaysia. The delivery time is 7-12 working days depend on destination. Charges of shipping includes postage, insurance, and register slip. We will confirm the shipping charges after you submit your order. Or you can email us beforehand to verify the charges.
